CAKE:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup orange juice
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

ICING:
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 cup orange juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and orange juice. Grease and flour baking pan. Pour chopped nuts in bottom. Add batter and bake about 45 minutes.

ICING DIRECTIONS: Cook ingredients for 4 minutes. Pour over cake while still in pan. Let cool and remove.
