The infamous turkey lasagna – recipe

1 package of ground turkey
1 tin of crushed tomatoes, with puree
thyme, rosemary, and any other spice of your liking
2-3 cloves garlic
1 large onion
cheese: part skim mozzarella, ricotta and parmesan
1 egg
1 packet no boil pasta
Stir fry the onions and garlic until soft and slightly browned. Add the spices, then the turkey. Once the turkey is nicely browned, add the tomatoes and simmer. Beat half a cup of ricotta cheese with one egg. Then the layering. The turkey sauce, then lasanga, then ricotta, then mozarella. Do this two or three times. Then in the oven for 25 minutes. Pull it out, sprinkle some parmesan cheese, and back in the oven for another 5 minutes, or until parmesan is bubbling, but not burnt. Remove from oven, and let it sit 5 minutes before digging in!
